Why didn’t I get notification emails after subscribing?

1. Subscription not completed
You may not have added products to your subscription. If no products are selected on the subscription page, the system cannot send notifications. Also, if there are no new arrivals for your subscribed products, no emails will be sent.
Solution
  • Log in to your account, go to the Watchlist page, and check if the products you want are selected.
  • If you’ve subscribed but haven’t received notifications, check the New Arrivals History page to see if any products were released today. If there were updates and you didn’t get notified, please contact customer support for assistance.
  • 2. Emails went to the spam folder
    The notification email may have been mistakenly marked as spam by your email system and not appeared in your main inbox.
    Solution
    Add the notification email address to your whitelist to ensure you receive updates promptly next time.
    3. Emails Categorized Elsewhere
    Some email services may automatically classify notification emails into "Promotions" or "Updates" folders instead of the main inbox based on their content and rules.
    Solution:
  • Use the search bar in your email to look for keywords like “Shengsho New Listing,” the SKU of your subscribed bag, or our sender domain (e.g., shengsho.com) to check if the email is in another folder.
  • If you find the email, manually move it to "All Mail" to ensure future notifications appear in your main inbox.
  • 4. Email settings are set to notify only for important emails
    If your email is set to "Notify Important Emails Only," our notification emails might be classified as non-important and fail to trigger alerts.
    Solution:
    Check your email notification settings and ensure "Notify All Emails" is enabled, not just "Important Emails," to receive all relevant notifications promptly.
    5. Inbox is Full
    If your email storage is full, new emails cannot be delivered, which may cause you to miss our notifications.
    Solution:
  • Log in to your email and check your storage usage.
  • Delete unnecessary emails, such as those with large attachments, or clear the spam and trash folders.
  • Upgrade your email storage plan (e.g., Gmail’s Google One subscription) if you need more space.
  • After clearing space, search the sender address (e.g., shengsho.com) to check for missed notifications.
